Processing Time

After you place an order, please allow 1–7 business days for processing (order verification, packing, and handoff to the carrier). When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Important: Selecting expedited shipping does not reduce processing time. It only affects shipping speed once the package leaves our warehouse.

Processing times may be longer during product drops, holidays, promotions, inventory audits, or high order volume.

USA Shipping Only

At this time, Temple of Shroom ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally right now.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Shipping Options (Typical Transit Times)

Transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Standard (USPS): typically 1–6 business days after shipment

  • Priority/Express (USPS): typically 1–3 business days after shipment

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, package weight/dimensions, and destination.

Taxes

U.S. Sales Tax

We collect sales tax where required by law, based on your shipping address and applicable state/local rates. Any sales tax will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Issues & Delivery Notes

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, you may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.

Carrier Delays

Carrier delays can happen and are outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or other disruptions once the package is handed off.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, it is considered delivered. If you believe your package is missing, contact the carrier first and then email us at info@templeofshroom.com so we can help with next steps (claims, investigations, documentation, etc.).
