Refund policy

Refund Policy (USA)
Effective Date: February 20, 2026

Because our products are ingestible and handled under strict hygiene standards, all sales are final and we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

We will happily provide a replacement or refund in the following cases only:

1) Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery at info@templeofshroom.com with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the damaged item(s)

  • photos of the shipping box and shipping label

If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

2) Incorrect Item Shipped

If you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery at info@templeofshroom.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will send the correct item or issue a refund if the correct item is unavailable.

3) Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package was not delivered and is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us and we will help file a claim if applicable. Once confirmed, we will reship or refund at our discretion.

If tracking shows “Delivered,” we are not responsible for stolen packages. Please check with household members, neighbors, your building office, and contact the carrier first. We’ll still do our best to help you investigate.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements are not available for:

  • opened, used, or partially used products

  • dissatisfaction with taste, texture, or individual results

  • orders placed with incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • delays caused by the carrier after shipment

Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 1–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
